Please open file for essay questions to be discussed during 'on' group economics lectures for week 9. You are expected to prepare detailed outlines for each of the 4 questions. For tues lecture : remember to bring the TYS and randomly try out some questions from each of the unit 11.1 to 11.6. Also prepare outlines for questions 1 & 2. For thurs lecture: remember to prepare for presentation on budget proposal and prepare outlines for questions 3 & 4. You may use powerpoint or word document or OHT for your presentation on budget proposal. You may pass your soft copy for me to upload into my laptop latest on Wed.- please use thumb drive, I dont have floppy drive or CD drive. YAY. i'm officially dreading econs lecture! she sucks lahs.. cannot teach yet wanna give us some much info. she think we only take one sub lo.. n give so much hw n expect us to know everything when she cant even teach e basics properly. im in a dilemma now lah.. one part of me wans to move back to e "up" group.. e other part of me is asking me to stay on coz i noe e additional info do help quite a bit.. BUT. im not disciplined enough to go read thru e lecture notes beforehand.. n half e time i dunno wads going on for lecture.. now i cant even get my basics rite.. all e additional info will be quite useless.. daMN... someone give me a sign of wad to do... :( confused lost soul. |

 e most black feet is mine.. can see e slippers tan line? wonderful. -.-" totally red like a lobster now. haha.. but it was great fun.. actually i was quite amazed at some of e stalls at e funfair... got this booth that can take photo with e world's tallest guy who's 2.38m.. damn cool. i wonder where they got all these contacts from.. den got special appearance by stefanie sun! haha. damn cool. she created an upheavel in sa lah. pple were following her arnd like ants attracted to honey.. lol. n she walked past me. n i took a snap shot of her!  stefanie sun's side profile. abit blur though.. haha. coz she walking mahss... heyS! we were that close k.. hahaha.. but e crowd was really quite crazy.. quite scary oso.. n in e end, ger, leslie, yuhui n my 1st 3 mths classmates came!  me n ger at gallery! :D it was nice to see them! :D n they all very give face k.. coz they came to patronise my stall. lol... except yuhui lah. coz i wasnt there.. lol.. n i took very long to persuade leslie to play e waterbomb game. n he end up missing hitting me.. haha! i love this funfair!  remains of e class pple after funfair.. tired but happy smiles! had dinner with ade, sijia, xiaomin, mui, yanyi, nigel n bernard at harbour front food court.. we were there for almost 3 hrs lah.. talked from 7+ to 10.. den change venue to subway till 11 when they were closing. haha.. we were talking bout anything under e SUN! haha. from craze over jap n korean shows, to funeral, ghost stories, to girls sch n mixed schs, to diff jcs uniforms to relationships.. haha. n everybody spoke their mind .. n e feeling was just nice.. u noe.. that kinda feeling. haha. i hope u noe wad im talking about. we found out alot about one another's secrets.. n we got to noe one another better thru e process.. it was a feeling of bonding? haha. seems like hoping s73 would be a united class isnt such an impossible dream afterall.. we just need to create more of such opportunities.. u guys rock! this has probably been one of e best days in this yr so far. =D |

HOT HOT HOT!!! e weather's killing me. it hasnt rained for ages.. n e blazing hot sun is dehydrating me every single second.. e stuffiness of e hall didnt make things better.. beads of prespiration was just rolling down my forehead n face n back n arms n legs.. i told yizhi, "i wan a waterfall!" den guess wad, at e end of e training, jieying happily spilt a bottle of water on top of my head when she was trying to reach for her hp which was on e stage. YAY. MORALE BEHIND THE STORY: never say ur wish out loud, ur wish might just come true. |

first, it fell on a monday. which marks e first day of e week... hectic week. econs test on wed n den sa funfair on sat.. blah. secondly, there isnt much atmosphere of vday in e sch this yr.. no fanciful balloons.. no bidding of damn nice balloons...no colour theme.. no little little gifts that e sch sell during breaks at booths they set up in e cafe.. it was nothing as compared to last yr's! i think only my clique pple enthu.. make nice stuff for one another. haha.. e rest of e class nothing much lahh.. especially e guys lah. although they shared balloons n flowers for e girls in e class.. but they made yuqiang do everything.. they dun even bother like giving us e balloon n flower individually.. there's a serious lack of sincerity. not that im complaining. at least they got us something.. but it's nothing compared to e guys of s75 of my first intake class... thirdly, ms surnafa, my chem teacher, blew up at us.. condemning everybody's work.. ok. fine, we didnt put in ALOT of effort to do e assignments.. that i admit.. but den can she like be more encouraging n not use words like "sloppy", "nightmare", "atrocious" to describe our work??!??! although she's our teacher, i suppose we deserve some respect even though we are students rite.. wad does she noe?! how can she just condemn all of us like we're worthless just based on a piece of work?? how did she noe i didnt try? i hate it when pple wrongfully accuse me of things i did not do. so yea. she just spoilt my whole damn day. my mood was super bad at chem n i didnt even feel like thanking her at e end of e lesson. she may be a good teacher. but first, she gotta earn my respect! day ended off with gp lecture. wasnt that bad although it was pretty boring. went out for dinner with jialin, ade n sijia.. was walking arnd citylink mall n suntec.. got some weird uncle tried to befriend me.. -shivers- den i faster siam with sijia before he tried to do anything funny.. had dinner at crepes n cream. food was not bad.. at least i ended e day with a positive note. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY? |

before we went to yy's house, xiaomin n me went to ps with e intention of watching movie.. but e earliest movie that's not selling out fast is at 5+... doink. n e queue was like ......................................................................................... <- yep as long as the row of dots there. haha. so we decided to just walk arnd instead. haha.. bought yusheng at fiesta before heading for yy's house. reached her house at like 5+ lah.. den only yy, mui mui, gina n bing xian were there.. so plus jialin, sijia, xiaomin n me.. we haf 8 pple..so we passed time by playing cards lo.. haha. den at 6+... more n more pple came lah. had buffet style dinner with bee hoon, prawns, curry chicken etc.. simple fare but good enough cos we nv pay yy leh.. haha. e highlight of e day was e lao yu sheng part.. haha.. we wasted alot of food lah.. but den it was fun shouting "4As!!" as we lao.. corny.. jing long was like shouting "san qi er shi yi!" err. wad kinda idiom is that.. trying to be funny. as usual. video record e process.. kinda lahh.. after that it was photo taking session... e girls were all crazy.. all busy taking photos..  clique pic e funniest was e one that everybody lie on e floor with our heads forming a circle.. but e space was limited..so we were all squashed lahh.. n we asked yu cheng to take e pic for us from e top.. den yu qiang tried to push him n make him fall on us!! how evil! but he failed. if yu cheng fell, i would haf kicked him. hahahaha...  cool pic.. but a bit messy though. hahaa..  gambling den. on e whole. it was great fun gambling... gossiping... taking photos.. laughing madly... yay. im beginning to like s73.. :) |

ok. so wad happened on sat?? we had j1 orientation! hohoho. n gosh. my j1 juniors.. e guys esp are so not gentlemanly.. fight with their senior, WHO IS ME.. for a water bottle that we're supposed to "guard" from e other grp.. was is jun zhang. i think so.. eh. he dragged me coz i was holding on to e bottle lah! den i got abarsion leh. den wei quan ah. oso another one.. den i haf blue black lah. hahah..got wet by andy. dots. meant to pour water on thom thom.. den end up pour on me.... hahaha.. but it was all fun.. yep. e team is beginning to bond i guess. :) :) :) now we shall proceed on to sunday. haha ehs. went to east coast with ger with e intention of studying by e sea.. so romantic rite. just not e correct person only.. hahahaha. but it was such a bad idea. lol.. so much sand. n we couldnt find a proper bench that was in e shade.. wasted quite a lot of time.. den we gave up at arnd 4.. den went shopping with ger for her cny stuff lo. she got a whole shopping list.. n guess wad. she only managed to get shampoo stuff n a pair of high heels. lol.. we went to parkway parade, plaza sing n bugis to look for her blouse. but that blouse just dun wanna pop out. haha. my legs were killing me lahh.. n so many pple somemore.. eee. hate crowds. but e sunday was pretty well spent. :D chinese new yr eve todae! hmm. had my super early reunion dinner at 5+.. seems like my family tradition, eat damn early.. ahaha.. anyway todae sa cny concert was like -.-".. abit cannot make it.. n e concert was in e cafe n track area. we were dead bored.. lol. n pple starting playing cards. some even went to buy food. like picnic like that. hahaha.. lunch was good.. we ate at pastamania! supposed to be class lunch. but den end up only ade, sijia, yuin yan, mui mui, sharon, nigel,teck chong, bing xian, bernard, simon n me went..hmm 11 pple. but simon not from my class! hah nvm. had quite an enjoyable lunch.. den went home to zzzzz.. so that can stay up tonite. lol. ok lah. happy chinese new yr everyone.. collect lotsa ang pows. n hope all ur cny resolutions come trueee!! |
