but before that, i had a hair cut. haha. now i think i cant tie my hair again. lol. nvm hair will grow. todae was a rainy day lah.. den we were caught in e rain at jurong east there.. so settled our lunch at long john.. waited for rain to be a lot smaller..den we dashed across e road n off we go to orchard~~ basically i bought everything todae in far east?? lol. let's see wad i bought. i bought 2 tops n shampoo from body shop (somewhere near far east oso) hahaa.. den ger bought me my bday present.. a pair of slippers. oh hmm.. from far east too!! lol. oh yea, i bought hairband at heeren. heh. anyway todae was a tiring but fun shopping day..coz it's been such a loooong while since i went shopping. n dinner at crystal jade was on e house from ger! :D part of my birthday treat. -grinx- thanx ger! -muacks- such a lovely sunday. though it was raining.. okie. i guess. holidays' over for me.. tml is mugging day.. not only tml. e rest of e hols tooooo. sad life. but imagine. 5 months later... i can party till my pants drop. hahahaa.. =X.. im so looking forward to that!! so meanwhile, pple. press oN! |

when u're single, u yearn for some prince charming to drop from heaven. when u're attached, u're afraid of commitment. how ironic is that.. anyway i slept till 12+ todae lah. it's been ages since i woke up at this time on a saturday morning.. usually, e training would haf ended by 12+.. i wonder how was training todae.. did e j1s come dutifully for trainings? n i woke up with a fear in my head, who has e cupboard key?? n who opened it for e j1s?? -.-" gOsh. oh yea, i was watching shi zi lu kou just now.. n i wan to visit taiwan! haha. seems like a really nice place to tour huh. of coz there wouldnt be language barrier.. but hor. it seems quite dangerous to go now.. coz of e china-taiwan strained relations. hais. but if got chance, i do like to go on a trip to taiwan. ok. when i strike it rich, i'm gonna treat my mom to a holiday there.. :) i bet she's going to love it. :D but still, haf to wait till im richer.. i think i ought to go read my cost of production notes.. tata~ |

anyway i was on e phone with yuling just now.. she sounded quite unhappy in rj.. with all e backstabbing and all. n how she isnt coping well at all.. e sense of belonging simply wasnt there.. perhaps.. rj isnt such a dream sch afterall.. but actually i think it all depends on who u meet along ur life.. i guess i was a bit luckier than her to meet my classmates n my teammates whom i can seek comfort in.. yea. yuling, dun worry yea? u still haf us. so cheer up. n study hard this hols. we're all going thru this together.. |

had a pre birthday 'celebration' with my gang pple from class todae.. very interesting of them to make me solve maths question n to guess e locker code. hah.. n very totful of them for e decorating e locker.. yeps. thanx alot for e wallet n eye mask. haha. :D we went off to watch hockey match which turns out to be a disappointment.. sigh. nvm.. anyway we had dinner at this place opposite clarke quay mrt station called "fishermen wharf" that serves pretty nice fish n chips... n it isnt too costly either.. just that u can smoke inside.. oh well. coz it's non-aircon.. but still. it was a new experience for many of us.. after dinner, we went to explore e night life of clarke quay... an eye opener, seriously. n lastly, we went to tcc to chill out.. it was a really nice place.. very cosy.. n e drinks were nice too... n thinking bout e long weekend just makes me wanna slack more. :D im too tired. but i still wanna watch tv. haha. i promise to post e photos tml. :) |

went 'caroling' (no i didnt do anything to carol) with s73 todae at st luke's hospital for the elderly.. we prepared e wrong songs.. most of e elders dun understand english!! so we did alot of impromptus such as yue liang dai biao wo de xin, guan huai fang shi, tian mi mi etc... i think we ourselves are more entertained than e elders.. haha.. -.-" we even did e chicken dance n sang e sch song. GOSH. but there were some really nice uncles n aunties that clapped n sang along with us. how nice. :) it's good to haf appreciative audience.. encourages us to do all e silly antics.. overall, it was a new and exciting experience.. im so thankful that mrs chiw wasnt there. i wondered how her face would haf looked like if she witnessed wad we did there. haha.. it was carolling with u guys! team, 73! :D whOOsh. anyway, i'll be playing e last game of my competitive badminton 'career' tml against mjc.. abit sad.. afterall, competitions have been part n parcel of my life.. n after tml, everything will seem to come to an end.. i hope to put up a good fight.. n hope to win tml to end off my 'career' with a nice note. that would be really nice. pray hard, pple. faith is all u need. |

had dinner at macs. celebrated e may babies' birthday with a tiramisu cake.. may babies include ailing, shuai, myself n xiaobao. sang e birthday song 4 times at macs. created quite a lot of noise. took up a lot of space with our bags, rackets n shoebags n us annoying e pple there with us snapping pictures everywhere.. being in a big grp has bad pts.. we take long time to come to a decision, block pple's pathway unknowingly.. being e considerate person as i always am, i always remind pple. hahaha. :P being super enthu.. e team went down to watch kingdom of heaven at tampines mall yday.. whoa. 16 pple went lah. but e purchasing of tix was quite a headache. first we all haf to produce our ic to prove that we are all above 16. FINE. that was understandable. but we haf to show our ics when entering e theatre again!! damn irritating. n guess wad. many of us were wearing sch uni n some were even wearing team sajc shirts.. damn. they nv hear of a jc before izzit. how many pple can actually go into a jc even before they are 16? dots.. ok. nvm bout that. that didnt really dampen my mood for anything. we searched for our seats by groping in e dark.. den there were pple sitting in our row.. so we were wondering if we were in e correct theatre.. but pple behind us were saying "dun need to find seats one lah. anyhow sit oso can one wad! so stupid!" eh hello. quoting from zhi "if u're so smart, are u sitting at ur own seat?!" hahaa.. brilliant answer! anyway kingdom of heaven is quite a nice show.. but lotsa of bloody n violent scenes.. but.. orlando bloom is so seh in e show!! haha.. e movie ended at 9+ n i reached home at 11.15... zzzz.. why do i haf to live in jurong? haha.. it was a really nice impromptu outing.. lings, i'm glad u enjoyed urself. i hope u haf a great great yr ahead of u. saints badminton pics are up! www.shanzi.mypicgallery.com smiles. |

had training todae. training makes me feel happy. i dunno why. maybe my ego get boosted at training that's y.. im extremely high when im on form.. so as u can see, im on form todae.. :) :) :) -beams- cant believe that my competitive badminton career is coming to an end soon... im so gonna miss training.. miss laughing at jac as a pig. miss laughing at stupid ailin's ridiculous chinese. miss laughing at yiling's not funny jokes. miss singing "rol rol, rol ur boat" haha. miss saying zhi zhi n buzzing arnd her.. miss shu ai's "i haven play with u todae!" miss eileen's "i lost all my pins!" no more teasing of joel on way home!! no more seeing xiaoquan on a frequent basis.. :( haha. all in all. im going to miss sa badminton team. u guys haf been great!! im screaming at e top of my lungs. I AM PROUD TO BE PART OF SA BADMINTON!!! :D cherish those arnd u, before it's too late. |

anyway we won njc 5-0 on friday!!! yay!!!!!!!! we're thru to e next round.. YAY! but den again. i dun think we'll make it very far... but i think we're gonna try our best. just that there are some probs in e team now. bleahs. hopefully things will turn out fine. it doesnt seem to be a smooth sailing year for our sports pple this yr.. the victories from last yr just didnt seem to be able to continue this yr.. firstly, bball girls have been eliminated! they were second last yr! i was quite upset when i heard that.. hockey girls, netball n vball are out too... hmms. :( i feel quite sad for them.. afterall, they really train very very hard.. hais. so i feel quite blessed to haf got a lucky draw for badminton.. n hopefully our luck persists in e 2nd rnd.. as for e match on tues, we are going there to play our best.. n try not to lose too badly.. hahas. oh yea, i need to congratulate geraldine yea? gold with honours! e best co in singapore yet again. :) im proud of u!! -hugs- next, sa band! gold with honours n e opportunity to perform at performance nite at e esplanade!!! congrats to val, yaofeng, shaun.. those band pple i know.. all ur hard work paid off! :D term 2 is e greatest period in e entire year.. becoz it's when u feel e sch gets alive n pple get closer due to various reasons.. be it bonding thru training, practices.. n u feel like ur hearts are in unison when u're cheering. that's something i really liked bout sa.. e sch spirit. (tell me bout e sch being haunted.. haha) i got faith to believe. |

met up with fio.. long time no see her.. n e rest of e 4/1 pple.. where are u guys?! must organise class outing soon... went shopping at queensway for jerseys initially. coz she wanted to print something for her somebody special.. 2 yrs anniversary sia. but den i told her printing on jerseys like a bit weird.. so she settled for plain white tees. which turned out to be quite nice! haha. so sweet of her. :D it was nice catching up with her.. anyway e guys are playing against tjc on tues.. hope they can play up to standard.. n do their very best. e girls will be praying for u guys! |
