i thin ever since i started working, i've no time to update my blog. i guess i'll only update like once a week. n everytime i update, i'll update some complains bout my sad sad job. haha. but hey! it's chinese new yr. i shall talk about something else. i've e rest of feb n march to blog about my sad sad job. hahahaha

anyway i finally went shopping for cny clothes on cny's eve. chiong down to bugis after work n i bought a top, a skirt n a pair of slippers within half an hr. im THAT efficient. hahaha. I'musing my hard earned money!! shopping is e best way to pamper urself. trust me. after slogging my guts out for e miserly pay, i decided i ought to treat myself better. hahaha.. n man, i do love long weekends where i can slack n really catch up on my sleep.

i spent e first day of cny at msia.. hmm. saw loads of relatives got angbaos. all in ringgit. ah. nvm. hahaha.. yep busy babysitting my cousins.. having to entertain them by playing their games. BUT i think i make a good babysitter! hahahaah. they love me.

oh yea. e most "memorable" incident was that i slept with ants yday nite. can u believe it??? AHHH!!! i felt like screaming last nite lah. i slept in a room that's infested with ants. so i woke up in e middle of e nite to feel ants crawling all over me! YUCKS!!!! totally grossed out. plus i was bitten can. damn pain lah. den its not those small small ants. it's those big big black ants! lucky not red ants. if not, that's it man. i woke up so many times in e middle of e nite to kill ants. end up i surrender n moved out to e living room to sleep. HOW SAD RITE.

i swore to kill any ant i see from now on.

i feel so overworked n underpaid!!!!

sigh. tml is e beginning of another week of listening to pple calling to complain, worse still, scold u and haf pple screaming at u as though u were e one who had offended them or something. ARGH. my job allows me to see e ugliest side of pple. customer service! pple, come on, if u expect better customer service, could u at least be polite to those pple who serve u? e pple who serve u are humans too right? so if u're reading this, pls pls, be nice to customer service reps ok? we too deserve respect.

i think im getting too tired from all e working that im like in daze all e time. just like yday.. after i attended my dad's company dinner.. i went home n when i got down e car, i actually slammed e car door at my 0wn hip bone. OUCH!!! now got one big patch of blue black there lah. damn painful can. TSK. sigh. n i haf a dreadful feeling that i'll haf to work on chu san which is a public holiday. DAMN IT. why does e call centre has to operate arnd e clock? &!^%$#%#&@&@

i need a nice long break.

i think im on an unlucky streak recently. i must be.

after my slippers snapped and me falling down e stairs e other day. my unlucky streak continues. yes. e strap from my heels snapped e other day while i was downstairs of my house.. on my way to work. den i haf to rush all e way back home to change to another pair n this nearly made me late for work! :( den i went shopping at bugis yday n came back empty handed. i really need a bag. i may haf to settle for e very expensive one i saw at tpy that day unless i can find it like elsewhere n provided there's pple to go with me to shop..

i hate to do things, alone.

ok. now come e worst part. TODAY. on my way to e driving centre.. my eyes was feeling uncomfortable so all i did was just rub alittle. den i felt my contacts haf shifted place or something.. so i started to blink alot hoping that it will move back to its original position.. but after a while i felt that things were not right. so i covered my right eye n try to see with my left eye.. den it was totally blur. so i tot, "SHIT. i dropped my contact lens!!!" panicking n knowing that i was going for a driving lesson(which eyesight is damn impt), i rushed all e way to e nearby optician to get a new pair.. but GUESS WAD. i found my crumpled up lens at e corner of my eye when i was trying to put on e new pair. ARGH!!!! becoz of e trip to e optician, i haf to take a taxi to e driving centre or i'll be late. so i spent another 6 bucks on cabfare. plus e contact lens, that's like 21 bucks. gone within 15 mins. n due to my carelessness!!!!!!

i must be unlucky.

wads wrong with e weather these days??

it's as if e sky has one big hole n e rain just keeps falling. okok. i noe u are going to tell me this is e monsoon period. yesyes. im geog student myself.. I KNOW. but den it's just damn irritating when it keep raining n all ur plans are foiled by e weather. went out shopping at IMM for bbq foodstuff on sunday n we were trapped in e rain.. ended up haf to call yy's mom to pick us up specially! so nice of her. :) anyway it wasnt exactly e day for me... 1stly.. when i was on my way out.. i tripped over 2 steps on e stairs n came tumbling down on my knees. OUCH. next. i waited for sj n yy for over half an hr while i was OH SO LONELY at IMM by myself. n at e end of e day when i was on my way home, my slippers actually snapped while it was still raining n i was out in e open! #^T*^*&)(%$^%#(*&(

i ended up tying a knot using one of e straps to e other to hold e slipper together temporarily. thank god i made it home before it snapped, again. now i need new slippers. :( new heels. :( new bag (apparently my straw bag is tearing!!!) n guess wad, im only receiving my pay at e end of e month!!!! :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

SIGH. let's talk bout something else.

had a bbq at yy's condo last nite.. i reached at like almost 8pm coz i was held up by work.. n i was hoping eat something alraedy by e time i reached there.. but ah. end up they haven even start e fire!! zzzz.. by e time we had a decent fire (not exactly), it was almost 8.30pm. but e heat wasnt really enough plus e gauze is very far from e charcoal so e heat wasnt exactly transmitting very well. so we took eons to cook our food. finally we ran out of patience n asked yy to bring half e food up to her house to cook using e stove. hahaha. wad a jialat bbq. but nvm lah. it was e company that matters. 6 out of 7 of our clique pple turned up! angelina couldnt make it.. anyway this bbq was like meant to celebrate xm's n ade's belated bdays. yep.. we bought xiaomin a really very nice muscial box stuffed with candies n a pair of earrings plus strawberries n chocs! we made ade a photo album comprising of memories of her jc life in sa.. they both loved their presents! (that's wad they said. haha)
yep. we hung out at yy's house till 12+.. we were taking photos with our latest clique member, suki! yy's new $800 puppy! hahaha. it's damn cute lah. even ade who's scared of animals wasnt afraid to stroke it. hahaha.. but becoz it's teething, it kept bitting anything it sees. like fingers, clothes, toes, bags etc.. so we were all "attacked". lol.

ah. BACK to todae. back to harsh reality. i need to get my butt off e com chair seat. i ought to be studying for e tests tml n e day after... zzzz... back to a levels days??

monday met 6R pple for lunch at nydc to send off e guys. ok. make that GUY. coz isaac's alraedy in ns. just that he booked out for new yr. so leslie. happy ns-ing! joan didnt turn up! AIYOH. one. she overslept. two. she had to babysit her younger bro coz no one was at home.

after lunch with 6R pple. i headed back to boon lay to go to ziwan's house.. met some of them at jurong pt to take a bus. n ended up we took a wrong bus.. den we walked for half an hr to reach ziwan's house, only to realise that ziwan actually lives damn near jon yap n xiefen. which i has a direct bus from home (bus no. 99) YAY. i actually knew where they were talking about lah. but we were SO lost. den we had to ask like a lot of passerbys. hahaha.. n e worst thing was that on my way home, i saw that bus 242 actually reaches ziwan's house!!! -pulls hair- we walked for nothing!! yay. -.-" dinghao. thank you ah. i needed e exercise anyway! hahaha.

ok. tues was like a zzz day. coz it's work day! haha. information forever overload one. but den im starting to get used to e company of e temp staff. i think we're a great bunch of pple! haha. we're fun-loving n absolutely crazy.. n i guess we're a bunch of thoughtful pple! we bought say kheng chocs for bday! (actually it's bribery for her to pass all of us at e tests next week!) hah. e permanent staff were more willing to spend. they bought her body shop gift pack. i oso wan!! haha. ok. so come may, u noe wad to do! *winks*

wed. hmm. e vending machine at our pantry ran out of coffee, milo n tea!!! it was a bad bad day for everyone of us. especially those that are hooked on caffeine. lol. they were apparently, having withdrawal symptoms.. it was so bad that most of us could concentrate in e morning. lol. end up lunch time, so many of them went to buy coffee lah.. being not exactly a coffee lover myself. i drank green tea! haha. n oh yea. we went healthy. subway for lunch! n i just got hold of e bad news that we haf a dress code to follow after we shift to toa payoh hdb hub!! DIE. looks like i need to go get some decent working clothes. there goes alot of my pay. :'(

i visited my cousin at nuh this afternoon. there was alot of my other relatives there too. her colleague was there too. n her boss n family came down to visit her too. i didnt haf much of an opportunity to speak to her. i just held her hand n told her my name. den she repeated my name once and she seemed to recognise me. i dunno actually. becoz of e stroke. she has difficulty expressing herself. we asked her to try to move her right hand.. she tried really hard but she couldnt move it at all. n e look in her eyes are disappointment n frustration. imagine the agony.. she's like an infant now and needs to be taught everything all over again.. my heart just wrenched when i saw her like that.. she was always so full of smiles whenever i see her last time.. sighs. hopefully her condition will be better e next time i go n visit her..

ok.
let's talk bout something else.
watched chronicles of narnia with xiaomin n sharon todae at plaza sing. i think e show's quite nice! prob coz i nv read e novel.. but e effects were pretty good n e story's nice too. i like e beavers! so cutes that i can bring them home for pets. haha. anyway e theatre was like freezing plus it was raining outside. yea. after that it was dinner at foodcourt at meridien (spelling???) hotel. i didnt noe there was a foodcourt there until sharon told me. yea. den went shopping for a while before heading home... so tired now. n i haven touched all my uob notes!

adult fare is so expensive!! harbour front to dhoby ghaut is like $1.01!
