twentieth marks the end of teenage hood... no more age starting with "1" until u turn 100! haha. it's a sad thought. but it's ok. with so many wishes from everyone, im a blessed twenty year old. :) a big thank you to those who remembered. who sent me smses, who popped a msg on msn, who tagged my friendster/facebook, who called, who celebrated with me. THANK YOU! :) some photos from birthday dinner at marche with 04S75.  the girls.  the guys. all in stripes. prison break very popular. so all of them are prisoners-wannabe. ahaha i dun have a group photo coz i haven gotten the pics from sihui yet. then the girls went shopping at forever 21~ cos vanessa got 15% discount while the guys waited at ben and jerry's.  6 flavours with banana and caramel. but i only tasted 4 flavours. all the choco flavours tasted too similar. hahaha.. and they surprised me with...  bakerzin choco cake! :) :) my first bday cake of the year. lol.  and that's me. blissful look. hah. oh. and shaun drives a chrysler! we couldnt resist posing a photo with it. hahaha..  u see the white thing im holding on to.. it was a paper bag to cover shaun's p-plate. lol.. i really thank 04s75 for remembering n celebrating my bday! this is the second time they're celebrating my bday le.. the first time was in 2005. when i turned 18! heh. thanks to vanessa and ivan for organizing! and now for photos for actual day of my birthday! photos starring Ng Wai San and Howard Wen and plenty of awfully sinful food from hog's breath cafe at holland village. haha.  this is my fave photo! :)  my fish n chips.  his natural prime ribs.  our drinks.. his passion fruit soda and my kiwi freezeeee...  last but not least, the most sinful of all, mississippi mud cake! mud cake with hot choco sauce with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream topped with a sliced strawberry. yummilicious. haha. holland v wasnt so happening on a tues evening.. so i headed for home at 9 plus.. but it was too early to go home.. so....  we decided to take a walk at the park near my house.. n we took this by the playground. =) i really felt like a princess today. cabbed to holland v and cabbed home. hahaa.. thanks howie for spending so much on me. i feel so loved and pampered. im spoilt rotten! so at the end of the day... what do you get?  a very happy 20 year old! :) |

Day 1  at changi village food centre before we set off! me in my beloved adidas blue jacket which i believed is somewhere in desaru. :( anyway we took a ferry to pelerang? or something like that...haha. then we cycled 53km all the way to desaru!!  first part of the route to desaru was fairly flat terrain so it wasnt so tiring.. we stopped for lunch at one of these many coffee shops in malaysia.. n this is wad we had for lunch.  cam-whoring at the coffee shop. haha. Then we visited one of the local ostrich farms...  What you looking at?! never see an ostrich before ah.  welcoming us was this ostrich baby that was about to hatch! haha. it was like moving its head in and out of the shell.. interesting sight.  1 ostrich egg = 25 chicken eggs. N whose legs are those? haha.  me trying to inch closer to the ostriches to take a photo.. i fear that they will peck me!  according to ruyan, these are chicken littles. hahaa.. where's the green specs?! After ostrich farm, it was cycling all the way to desaru...  look at our shagged faces. haha. we just mounted one of the many slopes n stopped to take a breather.  of course we wouldnt bear to miss out taking a really nice photo with the wonderful scenery. we named this place "bi hai lan tian" although theoretically speaking, there wasnt really sea.. just the blue sky. haha. Day 1 events ended when we finally reached desaru at 7pm! dinner was served in the carpark with many insects for company.. den we made our way up to our nice comfy room where we watched tv while we waited for our turns to bathe. haha. slept at arnd 12 coz i was simply too tired! Day 2 we woke up at 8 plus in the morning...only to find out that there wasnt milk to go with cereal and no bread to go with chili tuna.. so we spent the entire morning hunting for foood.. but to no avail. we ended having to eat the cereal and the tuna just like that.. n we spent the morning nua-ing in front of the tv, watching really old shows by huang biren and pan ling ling.  group photo.  an even bigger group photo. haha.  we're at genting! ok im kidding. the lens on my camera condensed, giving this misty effect! we took this before we set for lunch at a nearby muslim stall, where we played intellectual games. we wanted to go for go-karting. but it was charging at RM100 for 1 hour! OMG LAH. i mean we could take turns to ride the go-kart.. but there were only 2 of them.. n i think it's really a waste of money. so we settled for something free! we decided to go back to the holiday resort to swim! on our way back... we found...  mini horse! i cant post the swimming photos up coz apparently i haven gotten them. haha. we played captain's ball on the rocky beach too. anyway the beach at desaru was abit disappointing. it was not as nice as expected.. after swimming and captain's ball, we have to go back n get ready for seafood dinner!  all ready and set for a good feast!  taken after dinner while waiting for our transport... n we went back to our resort under the starry starry night... Highlight of day 2 was free k-box singing session!! introducing D4 (Desaru 4)!  these 4 guys were like spoilt radios that went on and on and on.... ahah.. and... S.H.E... the three girls in the corner..   and the CS gang. with susanti!  and that's... us. :) Day 3 the last day was basically cycling back to the ferry terminal where we made our way back to singapore.. it was tiring but we made it!  good job guys. cheers! :)  waisan gives two thumbs up for this trip!  see. kairu agrees. :) |

anyway i finally met up with ger before she flies off to canada, to germany n then to canada again. she'll be away for 2 months! my shopping partner goneee. hai. anyone wanna go shopping can ask me along~ haha.. shopping trip was fruitful today. bought a lot of "love-me" kinda products. it feels good to shop for urself.. coz for the past few weeks, i've been shopping for other pple lo n not for myself.. but when i buy things for myself, i feel the pinch less. haha. coz i love myself. ok. end of my wonderful and totally bimbotic post. lol. |

Saturday~ it was howie's 22nd birthday! i popped up at his door at 12 midnite sharp with birthday cake and present! awww.. n he was so stunned that he couldnt speak for a moment. haha. presenting howie and me n cake!  coz i've been playing too hard. den he's been studying too hard.. thats y we both have very obvious eyebags. lol then it's the conspirators involved in this surprise.  from the left: sharon, me, howie and lionel. sharon kindly lent me her room to 'camp' over before 12 midnite.. n letting me sleep on longhui's bed for the nite.. den lionel. he saw me in jurong pt before that n he didnt tell howie. luckily he didnt. if not, it would have spoilt the surprise! :)  birthday dinner at boat quay tcc.. den we took a really nice photo in front of fullerton hotel. hahaha. the lights make the hotel look damn grand. n it looks as well we just dine there. but nope, we didnt. due to budget constraints. lol. sunday!  dinner with saints badminton team to celebrate teng siang's upcoming 21st birthday. this is only but a small grp of us.. some of the guys were playing pool while we took this pic.  birthday boy teng siang~ with toto, the tortoise. our bday present to him. of coz thats' not all. we bought hugo boss cologne for him too!~ because i like toto alot. i took 2 pictures of him!   it's saying, "i look damn cute" hahahahahaha. to end off my shopping list (for now)  my new asics running shoes that cost me a bomb. now i got the urge to go running.. coz i think i need to make good use of my shoes. hahaha. it's a really nice shade of green.. don't u think. dun disagree. or i will feel that my money is not worth it. lol. meanwhile, it's time to hit the bed. there's foc meeting tml at 10am.... zzzz |
