recess week is almost overrr! n i haven started doing my MIA essay. i ought to be starting now. but i really dun have the mood for it. someone shld kick me. shall just have brief updates for e things that had happened over the past few days. monday was sending kairu off to chinaaaaaaaaa.. like finally, she's like one of the last few who flew off. haha. hope she has fun over there!   farewell gift for kairu.. jingjing designed t shirt which reminded me that i haven pay jingjing yet. haha. jing, if you're reading this, pls remind me next week k! =)  photo taken at the airport. kairu's wearing the top! tues was spent buying partyware with sharon, steamboating at la mei zi steamboat restaurant.. n we all cried cos of the tom yam soupbase. hahaha. i dun have the photos lahh. all with bernard in his iphoneee. wed was sharon's 21st birthday celebration!  sns'08.  su13 disney  team s73! i think this is one of the rare times i actually appeared in 3 photos of someone's birthday. haha. sharon, u're the first! thurs was spent at KAP and cheryl's place to finish up lao yaw's pub design assignment. i like our final product! =) let's hope we dun do too badly for it. ok lah. thats quick updates. off to do essayyy.. =( |

CHU SAN   chu san of cny was spent at khee mui's new place! n here's jinglong vs sharon in a game of 'chubby hubby'! they stuffed their mouths with new year cookies.. unglam shots huh. hahaha. =X  those from my gang who were present on that day.  and a nice group photo always end it off nicely. =) CHU SI chu si was spent with cs pple! supposed to be house hopping lah. end up i only went ruyan's house cos i had to leave early. but before i left, we were treated with free yoguru's yoghurts, all thanks to jingjing. haha.  here's a picture of e pretty yoghurts. one cup cost about $4.50 to $4.80. pretty pricey huh. but it's quite nice lah and a pretty big cup as compared to yami yoghurt. so i guess that explains the price difference? hah.  the yoguru gang. Then i left to meet bestie leow and 6R pple for her pre-21st birthday celebration. dinner was at waraku and i finally got to eat my paper steamboat! hohoho. after dinner, we went to richotti at the riverwalk building and got desserts at half price. haha.  here's a photo of the 21st year old birthday girl with her birthday cake.  and we have officially made this candle 'the candle' which will be used for all the subsequent birthdays! haha. i am the last person to turn 21 in the gang.. so i figure by the time it reaches me, it will be not longer than 3cm long. hahaha.  5 of us! not really that fantastic a photo. haha. firstly, due to positioning. secondly, due to bad lighting and camera only being 3.2 megapixels. hah. CHU LIU surf n sweat 2008 debrief.    AND an incomplete surf n sweat 2008 comm photo cos viona's missing.. (I'm supposed to photoshop her in. haha.)  CHU BA/Valentine's Day! nothing fanciful this year. just cooking dinner together at his place.  yummy yummy dinner. =) i forgot to take photo of the chefs. heh. CHU JIU shuhui flys to taiwan. she's starting school tml, hope she has fun over there! =)  a little mehmeh for our dearest ms YANG shuhui. the rest of the photos are with jinggg.. night activities: surf n sweat 2008 first official outing. watching jumper and eating supper at geylang. haha. (btw, don't watch jumper! i nearly puked halfway thru the movie. and i dun really think it's got any plotlines.) oh ya, the only photo i have is the food i ate at hk cafe! haha. the rest of the photos are with pong n viona..  luncheon meat mee. oh dun eat this either. cos they replaced the luncheon meat with i dunno what n it tasted queer. CHU SHI GLs house hopping! ok. no house hopping. i would say it's just house visiting at rebecca's. played mahjong n i lost big time. heng got jonas n viona who were there to split my losses. hahaha. im on a losing streak this cny! sigh. no more gambling for me! haha. oh i just realised we were too busy gambling, we didnt take a photo. haha. nvm. we shall take during universe bbq~ oh.. and here's a photo of a bouquet of flowers that came a tad too late... i slacked chu xi and chu yi away, just sitting in front of the tv. haha. so i tot i must do something more constructive today. start on my COM 227 mid term paper which is due less than 2 weeks away! im so gonna lose in gambling this cny cos i "du shu" this cny! hahaa. dun gamble money with me~~~~~~~~ and before i forget... here's some photos that i took with my handphone for surf n sweat 2008..  that's ruyan n me before the storm came.  the beginning of the storm. the pole that the banner was tied to snapped and the finish banner nearly flew towards ruyan n me.. disappointed. all the efforts we put in for the last 3 to 4 months just went down the drain, like that. sigh. i feel incomplete. unaccomplished. unsatisfied. |
